Driving Directions Mrs. Tea's Garden is located at 124 Flagship Dr., Lutz, FL in The Village Center of Lutz Directions from I-275: Exit at Bearss Ave. Turn East onto Bearss Ave., towards Nebraska Ave. At Nebraska Ave. turn left (north) On Nebraska you will go through 3 traffic lights. (The last traffic light will be at Crystal Lake Rd.) Just after Crystal Lake Rd. you will see a Chevron gas station on the right. Flagship Dr. is immediately after the gas station. When you turn right onto Flagship Dr. you will be in between two shopping centers. The Village Center of Lutz will be on your left. We are located around the side of the building, towards Bay cities Bank, behind Allstate. So, if you drive in front of the building (the italian restaurant and Allstate) you will easily find us on the side facing Bay Cities Bank.
Directions from I-75: Exit at Fletcher Ave. Turn west onto fletcher Ave., towards USF At Bruce B Downs turn right (north) At the second traffic light, turn left onto Bearss Ave. Turn right (third traffic light) onto Nebraska Ave. On Nebraska you will go through 3 traffic lights. Directions from SR54: Take 54 to US41 Head south on US41 past Sunset Lane (there will be a McDonald's on the right at this light). On the left you will see a Chevron gas station, U turn there. Flagship Dr. is immediately after the gas station. Turn right onto Flagship Dr. When you turn right onto Flagship Dr. you will be in between two shopping centers. The Village Center of Lutz will be on your left. We are located around the side of the building, towards Bay cities Bank, behind Allstate. Directions from Dale Mabry/Van Dyke Rd: From Dale Mabry, head east on Van Dyke Rd. Stay on Van Dyke all the way to the stop sign. At the stop sign, Simmons Rd., turn left. Go to the next stop sign, Crystal Lake Rd., turn right. Stay on Crystal Lake Rd all the way to the traffic light. - At the traffic light, turn left onto US41.
